Patient Journey

How TB Care Is Coordinated

The clinic follows a structured treatment and review process based on each patient’s clinical condition and investigation results.

01

Diagnosis and Clinical Assessment

The patient receives an initial clinical assessment and the care team develops an appropriate treatment and monitoring plan.

02

Initial Treatment Support

When clinically required, a patient diagnosed with TB may remain in the ward for approximately two weeks before continuing treatment from home.

03

Two-Month Review

The patient returns for scheduled investigations after about two months so the clinical team can assess treatment progress.

04

Continued Monitoring

Additional investigations and longer-term follow-up are arranged when results indicate that further review is required.
